Acquire Care is expanding

We are pleased to announce that Acquire Care, the home care agency, is expanding. Since needing extra offices and moving to Shotover Kilns, Oxfordshire in 2012, staff numbers have increased even more and all the present office space has been filled. Adjoining offices in the building have become available so the opportunity has been taken to move into these as well. Hopefully all the staff will benefit from this expansion as the first phase is to make the training rooms larger. A wall has been removed and the decorator has been busy which has resulted in a better environment for those using the training rooms. Another office, as well as more storage space, is also being customised to our requirements.

We take the training of care staff very seriously at Acquire Care. The new training rooms will enhance the learning experience for our new carers and also for those experienced carers who are increasing their knowledge of care. We invest much time, resources and energy into the training and on-going development of all our care staff.

Throughout the improvements, Acquire Care’s dedicated office team will still be there to help with any queries or requests that the Clients or future Clients may have. The team at Shotover Kilns realise that their priority is to make sure that all care is delivered at the right time and place.

With all the adverse publicity about care homes in the media at the moment, we wish to reassure our Clients and their families that the Clients’ health and safety are paramount to all of us. By everyone working together successfully and communicating well, the best care can be provided.
