For All Acquire Care Carers – Refer a Friend and Earn £300!

We pride ourselves on attracting and hiring the best quality staff. This scheme has been created to attract carers who can offer helpful and friendly care to our clients, plus it gives you an opportunity to earn a ‘thank you’ bonus of £300!

The great thing is that your friend does not have to have any experience as a carer. This is because full training will be given if your friend is recruited. All we ask is that your friend is a ‘people person’ with a compassionate nature. In return we will offer your friend a rewarding career, flexible working hours, free induction training followed by on-going support, rates of pay increases with experience and qualifications plus travel allowance.

There are certain terms and conditions that apply to this scheme though. These are:

The referral reward will be paid as part of your gross pay and will be subject to tax and national insurance through PAYE.
The scheme excludes candidates currently registered with Acquire Care and actively seeking work with Acquire Care. Previous employees do not qualify.
Referrals must be made to the Recruitment Team before the person applies to Acquire Care for work – referrals at a later date will not be valid.
To qualify for the reward, your referred friend must be recruited, have successfully completed their induction training and started unsupervised work. They must then work unsupervised for at least 300 hours over a 12 week period and pass their probation.  They must also be allowed to work in the U.K.
You must still be employed by Acquire Care, both when your referred friend starts work and when they have satisfactorily completed the 300 hours over 12 weeks of unsupervised work.
Referrals should be made by completing the Referral Form on the available leaflet or by providing all the details requested below by email to: referrals@acquirecare.co.uk
Referrals received by any other method will not be eligible for the referral reward.
