Acquire Care Ltd. is now rated as Overall Good by the CQC

It was our turn in July to be inspected by the CQC. To our delight, Acquire Care Ltd. is now rated as Overall Good. We have the good or green mark against our name.

All health and social care services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC). This is an independent regulator who makes sure that health and social services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. They also encourage care services to improve. By visiting health and social care services, CQC inspectors make a decision on whether a company is outstanding (a star), good (level green), requires improvement (level yellow) or inadequate (marked red). So, although we are pleased to be Overall Green, next time we are aiming, already, to be given the star rating of Outstanding.

Our thanks go out to all our team, both carers and Office staff, who have made this possible. Without all of you, Acquire Care would not have warranted this rating, so well done everyone.

The inspection took place on 12th and 13th July 2018.  All clients are different, they have their own individual care plans that need to be assessed, monitored and adhered to.
